Important Rules

• No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed with prior authorization. An additional fee of $50 per night applies.
• Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect other guests.
• Guests: Additional guests must be authorized in advance. A fee of $25 per additional person per night applies.
• Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Cleaning service is available upon request.
• Security: Close all doors and windows when leaving. Do not leave valuables visible.
• Pool: The pool is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Check-in

• Time: From 3:00 PM
• Process: We will send you an access code by email and WhatsApp on your arrival day.
• Early arrival: If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can safely leave your luggage at the front desk. Contact us to coordinate.
• Late arrival: No problem. Access is self-service with the code we will provide. Complete instructions will be sent via email.

Check-out

• Time: Before 11:00 AM
• Process: Please leave the keys in the designated safe box and close the door when leaving. No need to check out at the front desk.
• Late checkout: If you need to leave later, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee of $50 USD may apply.
